The Sovereign Gold Bonds 2023-24-Series-IV opens on Monday and the issue price has been fixed at ₹6263 per gram (Rs 64 up from the 2023-24 series III price of Rs 6199).
The Sovereign Gold Bonds 2023-24-Series-IV (SGB 2023-24 Series 4), issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on behalf of the government, will be open for subscription from 12 Feb 2024 to 16 Feb 2024. The Bonds will be issued on the 21st Feb 2024. The issue price is ₹6199 per gram of gold. Special discount of ₹50 per gram for the investors applying online and the payment against the application is made through digital mode. For such investors, the issue price of the gold bond will be ₹6213 per gram of gold. Assured return of 2.50% PA payable half-yearly on 6213/gm.
Retail Investor can invest Minimum 1 GM and Maximum 4 Kg. The 4Kg limit is per financial year. The Maximum limit of HUF is 4 Kg, Trusts and similar entities is 20 Kg.
