The Sovereign Gold Bonds 2021-22-Series-VI opens on Monday and the issue price has been fixed at ₹4732 per gram.
The Sovereign Gold Bonds 2021-22-Series-VI (SGB 2021-22 Series 6), issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on behalf of the government, will be open for subscription from 30th Aug 2021 to 3rd Sep 2021. The Bonds will be issued on the 07th Sep 2021. The issue price is ₹4732 per gram of gold. Special discount of ₹50 per gram for the investors applying online and the payment against the application is made through digital mode. For such investors, the issue price of the gold bond will be ₹4682 per gram of gold. Assured return of 2.50% PA payable half-yearly on 4682/gm.
Retail Investor can invest Minimum 1 GM and Maximum 4 Kg. The 4Kg limit is per financial year. The Maximum limit of HUF is 4 Kg, Trusts and similar entities is 20 Kg.
