New changes (May-2019) in 5paisa demat AMC charges Monthly Plan is a positive move for Investors or IPO investors, who usually do 5 to 6 trades in a year. But this is a negative move for Traders. As traders do trade every day and usually they don’t need demat account. With current changes in demat policy from 5paisa, one need to pay Rs 540 (45*12) + GST for demat AMC if he is trading for full year. Where a previous charge was Rs 400 PM. The same policy is applicable for Corporate and HUF account holders. In summary, positive move for Investors and negative move for Traders.
