Sir, I have 35 shares of TCS in all my three accounts. The offer made to me by the co. is just 5 shares from each account as per my entitlement. I want to know can i apply for all the 35 shares in each account instead of 5 shares of my entitlement offered to me. Please guide me in this matter.

Yes, go ahead with all 35 shares. In that case your 35 shares will be lock till buyback will complete(Buyback end date + 3 to 4 business days Max). In many cases, the acceptance ratio is much higher compared to the proposed ratio. Some times we have seen the acceptance ratio as 100% also. But with the current price difference in TCS share, chances of 100% retail acceptance is low. Go ahead and tender all TCS shares you have in your demat account is the best option in buyback.
