Speciality chemicals manufacturer, Rossari Biotech Limited, announced its Initial Public Offering on July 8, 2020. India's first IPO to launch amidst the pandemic, has raised ₹ 148.87 crore in anchor allotment and has finalized allocation of 35,02,940 shares to 15 institutional investors at ₹425 per share, which is the upper limit of the price band for the IPO.
