I have bought the shares on 9th Oct 2020, Am I eligible for the ShareHolding quota.

Share bought on and before 7th Oct 2020 are eligible for shareholding quota. As T + 2 + 2 days(Weekend). So, the logically cutoff date for shareholding eligibility is 7th Oct 2020.
