I hold SBI shares in two different Demat Accounts with the same Ist holder. Can I apply in Shareholders quota with both Demat accounts?

A person is allowed only 1 IPO Application in a category for 1 PAN No. So you can apply in SH category using 1 demat account only not using both the demat accounts since they have same PAN No linked to it.

The best approach for you is to apply in SBI Employee Quota up to Rs 5 Lakhs. And 1-1 application in Retail Category and Shareholding Category.
