The given link will take you to the NSE website. Now click on "Bid-cum Application Form Download". This will open an online form. Now enter your Name, PAN, DP Type, DP Information, UPI No, Just leave Bank information empty, Address, email, phone, Transaction Type - "ASBA" (it’s a bug - not allowing to change), give bid details - Min Shares 75 and its multiple (Max 13 lots), click on cut off price. Now fill the character given in Box, read and agree on terms and conditions and click on the download button. This will fill your application online and give you a pdf file. Take a print of this document and go to your bank for UPI transactions.

Or you can download “Blank Application Form Download” and fill all the required filed and submit to the nearest bank for UPI transaction.

Sir, You need to download from the NSE site as it generate a new application number each time or you can fill the form for all 7 members and take a printout.

Agrees, I will not go with online form and Bank, ASBA is much easy approach. Apply from home with your net banking user id and password. SBI Bank and Axis Customers can apply up to 5 applications from one net banking account.

The best way to apply is using ASBA. Use the same approach which we were using from a long time. Don''t get confuse with UPI. in case you are going to bank for applying in IPO, you need UPI details, so be aware. But with UPI, you can apply for only one application.
