Yash Optics & Lens Limited was founded in July 2010. The company is principally engaged in the manufacture, trading, distribution and supply of a comprehensive range of spectacle/optical lenses. The products range from single vision lenses to advanced progressive lenses, customized progressive lenses to personalized progressive lenses for professionals as well as a wide range of coatings. The products are available in all price ranges, enabling us to serve the entire customer spectrum from economy class to the luxury segment. The company manufactures the lenses based on the orders and prescriptions received from the customers. On the retail side, the company sources the lenses and markets them under its own brands for further sale through wholesalers and its own retail channels.
The manufacturing facility is located at 71-C, Government Industrial Estate, Ganesh Nagar, Kandivali (West), Mumbai400067, India, and is equipped with the necessary facilities, including machinery and other handling equipment, to facilitate a smooth manufacturing process and easy logistics. The company endeavors to maintain safety in its premises by adhering to the key safety norms laid down in its internal health and safety manual, accompanied by regular safety meetings.
The main raw materials required for the manufacturing process include semi-finished lenses (CR-39), smooth plastic lenses, blanks, etc. The company has a base of reliable material suppliers who always deliver the materials in the appropriate dimensions according to the company's requirements. As a rule, the company does not enter into long-term supply contracts with its raw material suppliers.
