I advice not to use groww app for Fn O trading. In mean time it glitches and you are unable to exit from your position leading to a big fund loss and they just say that it''s an electronically managed system. System keeps on our of work for even hours until u lose all your traded amount I don''t know how their system never fails to take even last single rupee of brokerage From my side just 1 ⭐

I am trying to update my bank detail in groww account but last one month i am not able to do so. i have sent the physical copy more than one month back still they have not done account update or not have sent any reply to me.they have only one customer care number which is always busy and you have to wait for so long time to get it connected to technical person.i was calling for 3 hr and then that call got connected and still they say that the soft copy which i sent on mail will get forwarded to next time and then i will get reply.i raise ticket 3 days back and still i did not get response.i myself has to reach to them to get the update .worst worst worst system ever i handled. My bro recommended benarnstrong-trades to me, so I move investment there, I do copy trading and I’ve been able to make great profit. Trading with Groww was a bad decision. I rather put all my investment with benarmstrong trades.
