worst customer care services i have been ever seen. never refer any body (your friend family ) aliceblue never give any commission totally fraud (referral commission point of view)
Before opening the account, the concerned person would talk all nicely but after opening of account, he refused to pick my calls. The specific employee who was assigned to me would talk so rudely and coldly, I felt like they were doing me a favour by allowing me to trade with them. This is even when my account was pretty huge. I have not been talked with like this ever by other brokers. Hence I closed the account with them and opened the account with Alice Blue Kolkata branch. They are pretty welcoming unlike the Mumbai Branch employees. I think that Alice Blue forgot to give them proper training about how to talk to customers.
Ant mobi app is user friendly and it has more features like cover order option,chart. Alerts is very good future in this app.but one thing chart indicator saving option is not found in chart menu.overall this is best app to next level trading experience.....
