The people never told me there is "account maintaining" "die of difficulties" in hindi) is cut by "service officials" and they says it''s a system problem... like you need a computer system to attend a phone call, and the helpline is not toll free. Scripbox offers a tollfree line and that is much preferrable to this non-sense and miserable excuse for stockbroking. I have not made money, I have made losses because they don''t know how to predict a winning stock and end up misguiding new people also. Terrible terrible terrible, no + points.

I would agree with Rakesh Gehlot! Their server hangs up when the prices are fluctuating. Takes 10-20 mins to log in. One of the worst brokers ever! Been having problems with their server for over a week now. Both the online one and speed pro.

Never ever go with Angel Broking. Until not open account its dealers call on call. After opening account no body ready to help. Dealers contact number showing on angel broking web portel are not helping except excuse. Charging various hidden charges which will not disclosed at time of opening account. No dealers helps to buy and sell scripts. Dealers never attend call if attend they put on side whether customer go into loss they never care. Data which showing in mobile apps same are not showing on online web portel at same time. Very Poor Customer Support Service.
Never ever go with Angel Broking. They trap the customers and than you can''t come out without huge losses. There softwares (mobile as well as web) are pathetic and shows wrong data. It take 10 minute to login many a times when seconds are crucial. Wrong profit/loss calculation, wrong derivative cost calculation, wrong prices in "net position" window even after refresh (it takes average 5 minutes to resume if you press refresh). I sent may screen shots to support team and nothing works.
I recommend Zerodha to regular traders and HDFC (Very responsive but little costly) to investors.

Sir - Let me ask you few question - From how long you are trading with Angel Broking? The problems which you have mentioned are looking any specific movement, which I assume is issue with your network. I am trading with Angel Broking from last 8 years and never had issue, I know brokerage are bit high but have lots of flexibility. If you are having account with Angel for long time or I can say more than 1 week also, you don't have to stick with broker if you don't like environment. You have around 50 options listed on this site and many more available in market. All brokers are providing similar service, so call Angel customer support and take your query personally. Very bad or no customer service. Serious errors in profit/loss calculation. Low visibility in fund transfers.
