STAY AWAY from this company, particularly if you are an NRI. Their online platform is painfully complicated and the customer service is shockingly poor. My so called relationship manager was slow to respond, and when he did, provided false information and pretended HE was doing a favor. Automatic emails from the company had conflicting information, which was infuriating. Most demeaning, an email asking me, and NRI living in the US, to submit proof that the shares I sold were held for the long term, in person, hard copies, while they know I had the account open for 5 years and they could just have looked at the old holding statements. Disrespecting the consumer, and uncecessary bureaucracy iare particularly salient hallmarks of this company.

True... Stay away from ICICI. Non responsive and irresponsible. Even for a small request you have to send constant mails and constantly call on customer service helpline number. Yet no results. At last had to go to the branch and ask for closure procedure. Will change the platform ASAP.
