Big confusion, Looks like Yes Bank FPO is going to be issued @Rs 12. Shell we apply or not. Subscription numbers are not looking good. Listing date is 27th and still, 6 more session is pending before the listing date.

What if I bid on the cut of price @13 Rs and the issue price become Rs 12, will I get shares @12 Rs or 13 Rs?

In such case, you will get shares @12 Rs only. The extra amount will get a refund.

Just wait till tomorrow when FPO officially opens, under the IPO section you will get a link for Yes Bank.
You need to apply in FPO like IPO only.
