You can cancel your IPO application and reapply in the retail category. As you don't have Ujjivan Shares, your application will be auto-rejected from shareholders' quota. In case you don't find a cancel option, you can apply applications in the retail category if you have funds available. The best approach is cancel and reapply in the retail category.
I am having ujjivan financial services shares in my ICICI Direct D mat account, when i am applying for ujjivan small finance bank ipo i am not finding any option under shareholder category, kindly suggest how to apply under shareholder category whereas i can see only retail and non-institutional category, please reply

For ICICI Customer, you will see two different IPO. SHAREHOLDER UJJIVAN SMALL FINANCE BANK LTD : UJJSMA
I have shares in UFSL. Can I apply in both categories (Shareholders & Retail)?. If yes, should the total application be less than Rs 200000? What is the procedure for allotment of shareholders category? Is it the same as Retail? So is there a possibility of allotment in both category? Please give clarity.

Yes, You can apply in both categories, individually 2L in each. However, it is going to be subscribed heavily in both categories. Most likely allotment will be by lottery for both categories. So I personally suggest to apply 1-2 applications in each category.
I am holding Ujjivan shares in my Dmat account from 1 month. I have a question related to shareholding quota. I have two different demat account; both are linked with same PAN number. Can I apply shares in second account where I don't have Ujiivan's holding. Is it linked with my PAN number of physical demat number. Please confirm.

Shares are linked with your Demat account, not with the PAN number, so you must use the same Demat account where you have Ujiivan shares. Registrar will match the list with Demat account, not with the PAN number. So be careful and plan to apply in the correct Demat account.
