Is there any minimum reservation of Buyback for small shareholders?

Yes, as per SEBI Buyback Regulations, in tender offer, a company must reserve atleast 15% of the number of securities for small shareholders. Small Shareholders are investors having company’s shares valued up to Rs 2 lakh.
