Can a Company withdraw Share Buyback Offer?

No, any listed company cannot withdraw or cancel an offer of Buyback once announced.

As per Buyback Regulations 24 (i)(d), a company cannot withdraw a buyback offer once the company makes public announcement of buyback or a letter of offer is filled with SEBI.
