Can a company buyback all of its shares?

No, companies are not permitted to repurchase or buy back all of its shares (100%) from shareholders. As per the Companies Act 2013, section 68, a company can repurchase a maximum of 25% of its total paid-up capital and free reserves under the buyback offer.
