An eligible shareholder who has company’s shares in the demat form on record date can tender shares to participate in the buyback of shares.
Investors can tender their shares online using the stock broker’s platform. To do so, existing shareholders have to submit a buyback form specifying the number of shares to be tendered during the market trading hours.
One can tender their shares in full or part for the buyback.
