A list of bidders eligible to participate in an SME IPO includes the following;
- Indian nationals resident in India
- Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) in the individual name of Karta
- SEBI-registered mutual fund houses
- Eligible NRIs on repatriation or on a non-repatriation basis
- Financial institutions including scheduled commercial banks, cooperative banks, and regional rural banks
- Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs)
- Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) registered in India and allowed to invest in equity
- Insurance companies registered with IRDA
- Provident funds and pension funds
- Any other person who is eligible to apply for the offer under applicable laws, rules & regulations.
