Incorporated in 2016, Vasa Denticity Limited is in the business of marketing and distribution of a comprehensive portfolio of Dental Products.
The products of the company include consumables, instruments, equipment, and accessories for diagnosing, treating, and preventing dental conditions. They work on improving the aesthetics of the human smile through their online portal "Dentalkart.com". To achieve the same goal, these operations are also operated through a website and mobile application by the name - "Dentalkart".
Vasa Denticity operates an online channel offering over 300 domestic and international brands with a comprehensive product range of more than 10,000 dental products. A one-stop solution center facilitating online service easily to customers situated in different parts.
Vasa Denticity Limited function through a centralized distribution hub of 13000 sq. ft located in Gurugram, India.
The entity has a portfolio of more than 30 owned brands, which are manufactured/procured from third parties based on the specifications created by them through dedicated research and development team.
The Company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards the following objects:
