Incorporated in 2003, S J Logistics (India) Limited provides logistics and supply chain solutions and services.
The company provides freight forwarding, customs clearance and transportation handling services to companies in the yarn and textiles, automobile, heavy engineering, power transmission, rubber tapes, pharmaceuticals, carpets, handicrafts and iron and steel products sectors.
The company is based in Thane, Mumbai and has a network of partners and vendors to meet the requirements of customers across India and abroad.
S J Logistics has two subsidiaries, namely SJA Logisol India Private Limited (SJALIPL) and S. J. L. Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
SJA Logisol India Private Limited provides transportation and logistics services. S. J. L. Group (Singapore) provides freight forwarding, packing and crating services.
The company recorded total income from operations of Rs. 13431.17 lacs, Rs. 10362.43 lacs and Rs. 12392.64 lacs for the financial years 2023, 2022 and 2021 respectively.
The Company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards the following objects:
