Pranik Logistics Limited was founded in 2015 and offers integrated logistics solutions.
The company is a PAN India logistics provider operating as a freight forwarder and transporter, providing integrated services such as transportation, warehousing, material handling, and freight forwarding to its clients in various industries such as retail, consumer durables, telecom, manufacturing, pharma, etc.
The company has its own fleet of 86 commercial vehicles, which can also be leased if required. In addition, the company has a total of 30 warehouses that are managed directly by the company.
Competitive strengths
As at September 30, 2024, the company had 625 permanent employees.
The Company proposes to utilise the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards the following objects:
