Founded in November 2011, Shri Balaji Valve Components Ltd. produces valve components for ball valves, butterfly valves and other valves, including forged products.
The company produces various valve components such as balls, spindles, valve bodies, ports, trunnions, flanges, housings, rings, shafts, hoods, discs and sleeves. These components are used in various types of valves such as ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, gate valves and check valves.
The company has two manufacturing facilities in Pune, Maharashtra. These plants have machinery and facilities for forging, heating and machining materials. One plant in Bhosari, Pune, is equipped for forging and heat treatment. The other plant in Chakan MIDC, Bhamboli, Pune, is responsible for machining.
The company offers a wide range of products, enabling it to serve a large customer base across India. In addition, the company has expanded its reach to international locations such as Dubai, Germany, Singapore, Taiwan, Italy, South Africa, the US, the UK, Qatar and Pennsylvania.
As of June 30, 2023, the company has 168 employees. When additional help is needed for the factories, the company hires contract labour.
