Whereas RHP provides comprehensive business details including all the critical information needed by prospective investors. Also, any changes in the DRHP i.e., IPO issue size, offer structure, and other information are compiled in the RHP.
RHP discloses latest and updated information about company’s financial track record, strengths and risks, business strategies, details of the promoters and managers, and other information to attract potential investors.
