How to deactivate my 5paisa account?

To deactivate your account, follow these process;

• Go to the broker’s website.
• From the “Download” section, download the Account Freeze/Unfreeze Request Form.
• Enter details such as account holders name, enter freeze activation date and its expiry date, and freeze type whether for debit or credit or both, etc.
• Get the document signed by all the account holders.
• Send the duly filled form to the broker.

According to the Freeze expiry date provided in the form, your 5paisa account will be unfreezed or reactivated.
