Can a Portfolio Manager offer Guaranteed Returns?

No, as per the SEBI PMS regulations, a portfolio Manager can’t provide any Guaranteed returns or indicative returns. They are prohibited to do so directly or indirectly. The equity portfolio is always subjected to market risk.
