The Company was promoted by Mr.N.Ramasamy Udayar by the year 1977. The Company is in the business of spinning and weaving of different type of fibers and yarns. The Company also involves in trading of cotton and yarns. The company started operations with an installed capacity of 3160 spindles which has over the years increased to 35358 spindles (as on Mar. 96). It has enhanced its spinning capacity by setting up a new unit with 5040 spindles at Salem which has since gone ons tream.

Artificial silk, prepare, spin and deal in cotton, waste cotton, wool, silk, Comb, silk, staple fibre, rayon, flax, hemp, jute and other fibrous substance; to weave or otherwise manufacture cloth, silk, linen, mercerised yarn and other goods and fabrics, whether textiles, felted, netted or looped and sell any such goods manufactured whether in wholesale or in retail.

To carry on the business of buying and selling cotton yarn, cotton, waste cotton, silk, artificial silk, staple fibre, rayon, flax, hemp, jute, worsted and woollen merchants; of yarn merchants and buyers, sellers, dealers, commission agents, brokers, exporters and importers, whether in whole sale or retail of cotton, cotton yarn, waste cotton and cloth, linen, silk, artificial silk, staple fibre, mercerised yarn, yarn, flax, hemp, jute, wool and other fibrous substances.

The company directly exports its yarn to various textile manufacturers in Europe Israel and Turkey.The company is in the process of developing new products in the near future.
