SPV Global Trading Rights Issue

SPV Global Trading (BSE code: 512221) formerly known as Tarriff Cine & Finance Limited was a registered NBFC with RBI but later, in 2018, it has surrendered its NBFC license and decided to pursue in metal trading business. Currently, the firm is engaged in the business of trading in non-ferrous metals like copper that is used in copper alloy manufacturing industry, automobiles, electricals, electronics, horological coinage, etc. The company trades in both the copper and copper scrap. It also has 50.51% equity shares of metal manufacturing company i.e. Rashtriya Metal Industries Ltd.
