Spectrum Foods Limited was established in 1994 and manufactures high purity salt. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Phalodi, Rajasthan, offer logistical advantages in terms of significantly lower transportation costs for sourcing from North India, including Jammu and Kashmir. SFL is a leading producer of industrial salt in 50 kg and 1000 kg jumbo bags, with the spacious facility enabling a seamless transition from salt packing to automatic loading onto large trucks and trailers.
SFL’s own solar power plant with a capacity of 400 kWh covers the entire energy requirements of production, with surpluses being drawn from the grid. The refinery, built by experienced salt technologists from Switzerland, is based on the latest principles of chemical process engineering, resulting in remarkably low energy consumption and an exceptionally high degree of purity of the end product.
