Silgo Retail is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and retailing of silver jewellery and has diversified its operations to include gemstones. Its jewellery is crafted using 925 sterling silver and carries BIS hallmark certification. The product range covers rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, bangles, jhumkas, and bespoke jewellery pieces. The company offers collections in traditional, Indo-western, and contemporary styles, catering to occasions such as weddings, festivals, and everyday use, while also considering regional consumer preferences.
The company entered the gemstone segment in FY22, working with both precious and semi-precious stones including diamonds, emeralds, rubies, sapphires, and amethysts. These gemstones are processed using a blend of conventional and advanced cutting techniques.
Silgo Retail’s in-house design team leverages advanced 3D CAD software to develop innovative designs aligned with evolving fashion trends and customer insights.
Manufacturing operations are carried out at its Jaipur facility, which is equipped with modern jewellery-making machinery and follows an end-to-end production process, from design development to final inspection. Stringent quality control measures are implemented at each stage, with all raw materials verified prior to use. Finished products are barcoded to enable effective inventory tracking.
In addition to its jewellery business, the company has recently ventured into the renewable energy space, focusing on the development and operation of solar power projects across India. It actively participates in government tenders and emphasizes utility-scale solar projects to contribute to sustainable and clean energy initiatives.
