This Company was incorporated on July 12, 1994, as “FMS Securities Limited” and the name was changed to Share India Securities Limited on July 2010. The company is currently engaged in the business of equity broking, investing and trading activities. Along with this they are also providing services as a Depository Participant, Research Analyst, and Mutual Fund Advisor/Distributor and also an application has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India for the registration of the Company as a Portfolio Manager.
Share India Securities got registered with SEBI as a Stock Broker (Member of BSE) in the year 2000 and started the Stock Brokering operations. Later during the year 2007-08 they got registered as a trading and clearing member of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Post the merger of the company they got registered with SEBI as Stock Broker, Trading and Clearing Member of the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) in the year 2012.
