SAR TeleEventure Limited was founded in May 2019. The company is registered as a Category I Infrastructure Provider (IP-I) with the Department of Telecommunication (DOT), which enables them to lease their sites, i.e. GBT/RTT/mast sites and Out Door Small Cell (ODSC), and construct and maintain assets such as dark fibre optic cables, rights of way, manholes and towers for leasing, renting or selling to the licensees of telecommunication services.
The company also provides support services such as project management for laying ducts and fibre optic cables, construction of basic transmission and telecom facilities, leasing of dark fibre, construction of fibre optic networks, maintenance of ducts and fibre and turnkey fibre projects to various telecom network and broadband service operators and internet service providers in Maharashtra. The company has already installed and commissioned 125, 108 and 140 towers for the years 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 respectively.
