Established in 1980, Magnum Ventures Limited is a leading company in the Indian hospitality industry and in the manufacture of eco-friendly paper. The company has been in the business of manufacturing, trading and exporting paper for more than 25 years. The company also owns and operates the Country Inn and Suites by Carlson (now Radisson) hotel in Sahibabad, the second largest hotel under the Country Inn and Suites by Carlson brand and the first five-star vegetarian hotel of its kind in India.
Since its inception, the company has been in the business of trading and manufacturing paper ("Paper Division") for more than four decades. In 2009, our company diversified its business by commencing hotel operations with the unique selling proposition of being the only five-star vegetarian hotel in India (“Hotel Division”).
Magnum is one of the leading manufacturers of hard paper in India, which is used for packaging popular consumer electronics and food products. The existing manufacturing activities include newsprint paper, paperboard, clay-coated paper for cups, natural coloured cups, paperboard for food containers, Magnum Bio Pack with nano-coating for food and high-strength kraft papers with an installed capacity of 85,000 TPA (tonnes per annum). The paper mill's products are used for various end uses in different industries. Newsprint, which is known for its absorbency and lightweight, is used for newspapers, brochures and other printed products.
