Exicom Tele-Systems Rights Issue Details 202| Record Date 7 July

The Company intends to utilize the Net Proceeds from the Issue towards funding of the following objects:

1. Investment in the wholly-owned Subsidiaries for funding operating expenses of the Tritium Business;
2. Repayment of certain outstanding borrowings availed by the Company including by way of adjustment of loan availed from the Corporate Promoter against share application money for subscription to Rights Equity Shares pursuant to the Issue;
3. General corporate purposes.
