This Company was originally incorporated as “Daiwa Securities Limited” in Calcutta on November 15, 1994. The name of this Company was further changed to “Capri Global Capital Limited” on July 2013. They offer a wide range of loans through its lending verticals:
Capri Global Capital Limited (CGCL) is a diversified Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) with a presence primarily across two key verticals – MSME Loans and Home Loans. Their focus on MSMEs, the growth drivers of the economy, cuts across restaurants, small manufacturing units, traders, private schools, and goes beyond. CGCL addresses the capital needs of MSMEs by offering tailor-made business and term loans to help them finance, their capital and operational expenses. As a key contributor to the Government’s Flagship scheme, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, Capri Global Housing Finance provides home loans to lower and middle-income families.
They are a corporate selling agent for new car loan products of Union Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, HDFC Bank Limited, Indian Overseas Bank, Yes Bank and Bank of India. They launched their third-party new car loan distribution business in February 2021. They entered into an agreement with Union Bank of India and State Bank of India in November 2021 for co-lending in the MSME sector based on the co-lending guidelines announced by the RBI. They also entered into an arrangement with State Bank of India in February 2022 for co-lending in the affordable housing sector based on the co-lending guidelines announced by the RBI.
