This Company was incorporated in the year 1974 promoted by Piramal group. They work under the guidance of Mr. Sunil Lalbhai, Chairman and Mr. Rajeev Kumar, Managing Director who possess extensive experience in the chemical industry. They currently manufacture bulk chemicals such as Sulphuric acid and oleum along with their downstream products such as Sulphur dioxide and Sulphur trioxide. These products are commonly known as Sulphuric acid equivalent products. Steam is generated in large quantities during the manufacturing processes of these chemicals which is further used for captive consumption and surplus is sold to third parties.

These chemicals find their use in several industries like dyes, fertilizers, personal care, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, textile, etc. These chemicals are generally sold to its customers who are in close proximity to their manufacturing facility. The business operations and products cater to the business-to-business segment. They are engaged in the manufacturing of bulk chemicals such as Sulphuric Acid and Oleum and their downstream products such as Sulphur di-oxide and Sulphur trioxide.
