The face value of NCD is Rs 1,000 each which amounts to Rs 150 Cr with an option to retain over-subscription up to Rs 150 Cr. One can subscribe to the NCD with a minimum ticket size of Rs. 10,000 (10 NCDs), and the NCD tenor of 24, 36, 60, and 120 months.
