Capri Global Capital is a systemically important, retail-focused NBFC in India, with a diversified presence across secured and collateralized lending. The company operates through four primary segments – MSME loans, housing loans, gold loans, and construction finance. Within the MSME category, it has recently launched MicroLAP and indirect lending solutions to expand its reach.
Alongside lending, Capri Global also distributes life, health, and general insurance as a licensed corporate agent. Its subsidiary, Capri Global Housing Finance Limited (CGHFL), provides housing finance solutions, while its car loan distribution business, offered through the Capri Loans Car Platform, partners with 12 leading banks and financial institutions. In July 2025, the company further diversified by incorporating two new subsidiaries – Capri Global Securities and Capri Global Capital Markets – to enter stock broking and allied financial services.
